Delivery, Tranportation, Returns And Complaints

We ship all over continental Europe. Under normal circumstances Orders are sent the same day or the next business day after we receive your order. We predominantly use GLS and Post Denmark for our deliveries. In Denmark, we normally have an effective day -to-day distribution, but local delays can occur. Foreign shipments, however, takes up to 2-7 working days depending on the delivery country. Please note that there is no parcel deliveries on Saturdays. Our inventory is updated regularly, but a product can sometimes be sold out even if it is not visible on the website. In such cases, you will hear from us, and you can either choose another item or we can remove the item from the invoice.

Transportation is free when you make a net purchase of at least 750 DKK. For purchases of less than 750 EUR we charge these freight fees:

Denmark                                            49 DKK  /  €    6,71

If your order is sent as a gift to an address other than your own you have the option of adding this in order. Shipments are insured during the transportation, but our liability ceases upon delivery.

When ordering, you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox and when your ordered products leave our warehouse we will email you an invoice and a track and trace number so you can track your products to the desired arrival destination.
